Factory Friday: March 20th

It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

Our fiberglass shanks are incredibly strong and lightweight, and don't set off TSA.

Shanks are glued on and then covered in cork.

After adhesive cures, the midsole is placed.

Once placed, we use our 5-in-1 to ensure a solid bond between the welt and midsole.

With outsole stitching completed, final sanding is done on the edge of the boot.

Once bevelled and stained, the welt, midsole, outsole, all get buffed on the wheel.

    Fanático de su calzado, tengo montones y les estoy comprando mucho a mis sobrinos. Siempre compro y se ajustan al estilo de vida mio y de mi familia; de hecho en este momento tengo 6 pares en camino : 4 pares llegan mañana al local de DHL y los otros 2 pares llegan el martes- Quiero saber cual es mas resistente : el coyote rough out o el black oil ( tengo 3 pares de cada uno ) Muchas gracias
