It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

Attaching the insole to the last with a staple at the toe and one more at the heel.

This is Natural Cypress, a mellow tan leather from Horween that we ran as a preorder.

Here the ankle strap is being sewn in on this pair of Black Oiled Rough Outs.

Here the gusseted tongue is being sewn to the quarter.

Black Oiled Rough Out moc toes are coming down the line.

Speedhooks being set on those moc toes.

Italian washed horse rump preorders, stacked up, and ready for lasting.

It's happening, Java on the formal last.

Our favorite leather is being paired with the dressier formal last and a Eugene sole.

Another pair of customized Natural Cypress boots heading through production.

Attaching the outsole to those Natural Cypress boots.

Seaweed preorder with a 360 storm welt.

The new version of the Tobacco Snakebite moc toe finished up.

As did these tall Coyote Oiled Rough Out uplands.
The purple boots you showed in last week’s Factory Friday….when are you releasing those for orders!?! Would love to get a pair of those (to add to the 6 pairs of other Trumans I already have!) :)
